3. Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Change of mind after significant use of the service
- Internet connection issues on the subscriber's side
- Incompatibility with unsupported devices
- Subscription already past 30% of its duration without a reported issue
- Violations of our Terms of Service that led to account suspension
- Requests made for third parties or resale subscriptions
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:

- Describe the issue clearly
- Allow our team to attempt to resolve the issue first — many problems can be fixed quickly
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 5 business days.
5. Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days
- Cryptocurrency: equivalent value returned in the same cryptocurrency within 5 business days
Refund timing depends on your payment provider and is outside our direct control once processed.
