Our service includes 10,000+ live channels covering sports, news, entertainment, movies, kids, international, and more. The channel lineup is updated regularly with new additions.
Our service is available worldwide. We have subscribers in 40+ countries. Server performance is optimized for major regions including Europe, North America, the Middle East, and North Africa.
We don't currently offer a free trial. However, we have a satisfaction guarantee — if you experience issues in the first few days, contact our support team and we'll do everything possible to resolve them.
Billing & Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and various cryptocurrency options. All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption.
You'll receive email reminders before expiry. Your service will stop on the expiration date. Simply renew and service resumes immediately — your settings are preserved.

Setup & Installation
After payment, you'll receive a welcome email with your credentials and a link to our setup guides. Follow the guide for your device — most users are streaming within 3 minutes.
The recommended app depends on your device. We'll specify the exact app in your setup guide — typically IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, or our dedicated app depending on the device. All setup guides are on our Setup Guides page.

The 6-month plan supports 2 simultaneous streams. The 12-month plan supports up to 4 simultaneous streams. You can install the app on as many devices as you want, but only the allowed number can stream at the same time.
Yes. The service works globally. You can stream from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection. No geo-restrictions on account usage.
Quality & Performance
We offer HD (720p), Full HD (1080p), and 4K UHD channels. Quality depends on the channel and your internet connection. Our adaptive streaming technology automatically adjusts to your connection speed to prevent buffering.
For HD: minimum 10 Mbps. For Full HD: 20 Mbps. For 4K: 40 Mbps. These are minimum recommendations — the faster your connection, the better the experience.
This is usually caused by a slow internet connection or high network congestion at your location. Try: 1) Test your internet speed. 2) Connect via Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi. 3) Restart your router. If the issue persists, contact support and we'll investigate from our side.
